01
What we collect
Your account: you sign in with Twitch or Google. We receive your account id, username and email address from them (never your password).
What you give us to analyse: links to streams or videos, recordings you upload, and the matches, results, scorers, squads and coaching we read from them.
Your channel: the Twitch or YouTube channel you sign in with, its name and its list of videos, so we can analyse your new streams. We only read public videos; we never post anything.
Payments: Stripe handles your card. We receive your plan, its status and renewal date, never your card number.
Your choices: club name and scoreboard code, privacy setting, notification preferences.
02
Why we use it
To find the matches in your footage, coach them, and show you your report, patterns and progress.
To build your stats (record, scorers, form) and, only if you opt in, your public profile and leaderboard entries.
To keep the service working and secure, and to fix mistakes in what we read (for example, a scorer name read wrongly).
03
How the analysis works
Your footage is analysed on our own servers: we read the game's scoreboard, mini-map and on-screen labels to find the matches, goals and patterns. If you use "Ask about my match", that match is sent to an AI model provider (Google Gemini) to answer you.
Coaching comes from what we read. It can be wrong: every pattern in your report comes with the goals it is based on, so you can check it.
04
What other people can see
Nothing, by default. Your profile is private until you switch on "Show my profile and put me on leaderboards".
- ✦ If you do: your username, record, top scorers, formations and recent results become public.
- ✦ Never public: your stream links, your coaching, your patterns or your clips, unless you share a report yourself.
- ✦ In-game player leaderboards are totals across many users. You only appear by name on them if you opted in.
Streams that aren't yours (a pasted link to someone else's channel) are analysed privately for you and never count towards public stats.
05
How long we keep it
Your footage: we download a stream only to analyse it, and delete the download as soon as your report is ready. The only video we keep is your coaching videos (short clips of goals with our graphics), stored privately with Cloudflare.
We keep your analyses, matches and stats while your account is open, so your progress and record stay complete.
You can delete any analysis at any time from your Analyses page. Deleting an analysis removes its matches, goals, events and patterns.
Deleting your account (Settings) removes your account, analyses, stats and coaching videos, and cancels your plan. Shared totals (like player leaderboards) are recalculated without your matches. We keep one note that your channel has had its free first analysis, so it isn't given twice.
06
Your choices and rights
- ✦ See and correct your data: your profile, settings and match details (you can fix a wrong scorer or team).
- ✦ Change your privacy setting at any time in Settings.
- ✦ Stop us checking your channel for new streams at any time in Settings.
- ✦ Delete your account and data in Settings.
If you're in the UK or EU you also have rights under data protection law, including access, correction, deletion and objection.

Changes
If we change how we use your data in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect.
